Hello.
We're excited for the opportunity to dive more deeply into your business and help shape what's next. Trade School is well positioned to partner with you on this work, bringing together a deep understanding of building enduring brands, extensive healthcare experience, and a proven ability to help complex organizations build alignment through periods of change and evolution. The examples below provide a glimpse into how we approach that work.
We look forward to continuing the conversation.

ADVENTHEALTH
AdventHealth Brand Launch
AdventHealth started as Adventist Health System, one company with a fragmented portfolio spanning 50-plus hospitals and 1,000-plus care centers across 10 states, nearly all operating under their own name and identity. In 2016, we were brought in to rebrand the system under one voice and help it stand apart in an industry known for sterile, transactional messaging.
We spent nine years as AdventHealth's brand partner, building the work around a single promise: Feel Whole. That promise unified a system spread across 10 states into one identity and moved the brand from reactive sick care to proactive well care.

THE HOME DEPOT
RetailMedia+ Rebrand
The Home Depot's retail media network needed a name and identity that could do three things at once: draw on the equity of one of retail's most trusted brands, signal something distinct in a market where Amazon and Walmart control 84% of retail media spend, and get there through a matrixed organization where marketing, sales, leadership, and legal all had real stakes in the outcome.
Trade School ran a structured naming and positioning exercise built for that complexity: a positioning brief, a workshop that surfaced what different names evoked before opinions hardened, and staged rounds of review that narrowed a long list to one name everyone stood behind. The result, Orange Apron Media, is instantly recognizable as Home Depot, but built as its own offering with room to compete on its own terms.

As an Atlanta-based company, our work across the region has given us a level of expertise outside agencies cannot replicate: how Southeast consumers make choices, how regional retail and dealer networks operate, and how to build brand equity that holds for decades. Our partnerships with southeastern powerhouses Publix, Southeast Toyota, and The Home Depot prove our success in this footprint.
PUBLIX SUPER MARKETS
Building a Beloved Brand
76% of Publix shoppers drive past a closer grocery store to get there. That kind of loyalty doesn't come from one big idea. We built it with thousands of small, hard decisions, made together, year after year, all in service of the brand promise.

Southeast Toyota
Punching above our weight
Working alongside the Southeast Toyota marketing team, we built a regional brand and a local field marketing team. The result: 178 dealers across a five-state footprint outselling every other region, and most national manufacturers too.

THE HOME DEPOT
Merchant to audience led
We partnered with the Home Depot to rebuild their marketing strategy around the customer instead of the calendar, and it drove real gains in engagement, loyalty, and sales. Thirteen years later, we're still one of their most trusted partners.
