Brand Building Around a Rallying Cry of Wholeness
In a crowded healthcare landscape dominated by sterile, transactional messaging, AdventHealth dared to do something different: build a brand rooted in empathy, purpose, and partnership. Trade School helped unite 50+ hospitals and 1,000+ care centers under a single name, a single promise, and a singular belief that healthcare should help you Feel Whole; in body, mind, and spirit.
More than a tagline, Feel Whole became a rallying cry. It shaped brand strategy, informed every experience, and redefined healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive well-care. Our work elevated AdventHealth from another hospital system to a trusted guide in whole-person wellness.

Turning a Promise into Participation: The Feel Whole Challenge
To bring this mission to life in a tangible, participatory way, we launched the Feel Whole Challenge; a 21-day wellness activation that invited people to take ownership of their physical, emotional, and spiritual health. With 25 influencers leading the charge, the Challenge gained momentum across platforms, delivering 870 custom content assets and over 500 social posts.
We featured participants of all ages, lifestyles, and health journeys to ensure the campaign was as inclusive as the brand’s mission. Their content appeared across paid social, online video, display, OOH, radio, and a custom microsite, transforming a brand idea into a movement that encouraged daily action.

The results.
We didn’t just rebrand a health system. We helped people see healthcare differently. With a compelling brand story and a digital experience to match, AdventHealth rose to the top of its category in likeability and relevance. And by empowering people to live out the brand’s promise in their daily lives, we proved that Feeling Whole isn’t just possible, it’s powerful.
